MILDRED CHOATE, age 78 of Clarkrange, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018 at the CUMBERLAND MEDICAL CENTER in Crossville. Funeral service will be Sunday, July 1, 2018 at 3:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the STORIE CEMETERY. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 1, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
