Obituary for Michael Douglas Willard Michael D. Willard, age 70, widower of Vicky Dianne Willard passed away July 25, 2018 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. He was born in Clinton, SC and was a son of the late George Douglas and Ellen Elizabeth Hill Willard, Sr. Mike is survived by his daughters, Amy Marie Garner of Union and Michelle Jane Kiser of Kingsport, TN; his sister, Judy W. Corley of Whitmire; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brothers, George Douglas Willard, Jr., Bill Willard, and Jimmy Willard.
