Obituary of Marshall Baxter Marshall L. Baxter, age 89 of Anderson, SC, formerly of Dacula, GA, died Monday, July 16, 2018. A funeral service will be held Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 2 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday, July 21, 2018 from 12-2 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Emory Winship Cancer Institute in memory of Marshall. Marshall was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Studstill Baxter and his son, Michael Baxter. He is survived by his daughters, Angelia Morgan and husband Randy Piggott, Anderson, SC, Jennifer Cline and husband Matthew, Anderson, SC; grandchildren, Josh Morgan, Kevin Morgan, Jeremiah Piggott, Kerry Baxter, William Cline, Thomas Cline; daughter in-law, Charlene Baxter, LaGrange, GA; brother, Charles Baxter, Mableton, GA; sister in-law, Dot Baxter, Powder Springs, GA.
