Obituary for Lynda Rae Watson Lynda Rae Watson of Salem, Missouri passed away on Monday, July 9, 2018 at the age of 71 years. She was born December 25, 1946 in Des Moines, Iowa to Lili (Lammey) Polson and the late William Fred Hinrichs. Linda was united in marriage to John A. Watson on December 23, 1965 and to this union two children were born. Spending 52 wonderful years together, they enjoyed taking their old truck out for a cruise and going to car shows; they are life time member of the Current River Cruisers Car Club. Lynda loved spending time with her family, cooking big meals and working on puzzles. She also enjoyed trips to Disney World and collecting lighthouses. She attended the Liberty Baptist Church in Turtle. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved. Lynda is survived by her husband John A. Watson of the home; mother, Lili Polson of Portland, Texas; children, John W. Watson and wife Kathy of Salem, Missouri, Jacqueline Lewis of Jefferson City, Missouri; brother, William Polson of Neosho, Missouri; sister, Barbara Tate of Austin, Texas; grandchildren, John Watson II, Michael Watson, Carolyn Burns, Justin Watson and Ashley Watson; great-grandchildren, Alexa Henson,. In addition to both grandparents, Lynda was preceded in death by her father, William Hinrichs; step-father, Keith Polson; sister, Rebecca Hinrichs; brother, Randy Polson; grandson, Tommy Watson. Funeral services for Lynda Rae Watson will be held 1:00PM Saturday, July 14, 2018 with Pastor Ronnie Parker officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be held prior to services from 11:00AM until services at 1:00PM. Interment will be held in the Boss Cemetery in Boss, Missouri.
