Obituary for Lora Jean Howell Lora Jean Howell, 72, of Winter Haven, FL passed away on Friday, July 20, 2018 at the Good Shepherd Hospice Forsyth Hospice House in Auburndale. Born April 24, 1946 in Spartanburg, SC she moved to Florida in 1979 and then to Winter Haven 27 years ago. She had worked at the Navy Annex Commissary in Orlando and for a long time at the Willowbrook Golf Pro Shop in Winter Haven. She was of the Baptist Faith. Lora is survived by: her son, Jerry Howell, Jr. of Lithia, FL; her daughter, Tracey Kawczak of Fleming Island, FL; a sister, Caroline Weathers of Calabash, NC; and six grandchildren, Dustin, Bethany, Carter, Gabby, Peyton and Karissa. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm till 7:00 pm, Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. Funeral Services will be at 10:00am, Wednesday, July 25, 2018 in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Rolling Hills Cemetery.
