Obituary for Lora Ann Hartog Mrs. Lora Ann Hartog, 54, of Dyer, Indiana passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 24, 2018. She is survived and will be missed by her loving husband of 27 years, Jeffery Hartog. Also surviving is her mother, Flossie Knight; her sister, Marilyn (Terry) Parker; her brother, Jim (Lonna) Knight; sister-in-law, Vicky Knight (Geary), Bobby and Opal Hartog, Susan (Hartog) and Doug Estes; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends along with her beloved dog, Maverick. Lora was preceded in death by her father, Jackie Knight; brothers: Richard and Geary Knight; her grandparents: Tommy and Cordie Pointer, and Vernon “Buck” and Lula Mae Knight. Lora loved life and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her nieces and nephews. Lora was a friend to everyone, she “never met a stranger,” and she shared her love and energy with everyone she met. Her compassion was contagious! Lora would want us to celebrate her life and rejoice in her memory!
