EDGERTON—Kathryn A. Anderson, age 75, of Dousman, formerly of Edgerton and Lake Mills, died Friday, July 13, 2018, at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Oconomowoc. She was born in Bemidji, MN on Oct. 15, 1942, the daughter of Francis W. and Ruth A. (Tweeton) Smith and had attended the University of Minnesota, St. Paul. She married Charles F. Anderson Sr. in Topeka, KS on July 20, 1962. He preceded her in death on April 15, 1998. Kathy had been employed by Borg Amphenol in Janesville, A & W… Read More » Restaurant in Edgerton, and later by Waukesha Memorial Hospital after moving to live with her son and daughter-in-law. She was a long-time member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Edgerton and later the Lake Mills Moravian Church where she was a member of the Women’s Circle and the Senior Choir. Kathy very much enjoyed taking long walks, singing in the choir, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her son, Andy (Kimberly) Anderson of Dousman; grandson, Drew Anderson; and 2 brothers, Jim (Pamela) Smith of Laporte, MN, and Earl Smith of Caribou, ME. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and a brother, Alan Smith. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 21, 2018, at the APFEL EHLERT FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, 315 Lord St. (Hwy 51) Edgerton. Visitation will take place on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the APFEL EHLERT FUNERAL HOME.
