Obituary for Judith M. Miller Judith M. Miller, 79, of Bethlehem, went home to her Lord and Savior, on Saturday July 28, 2018 while in the care of Lehigh Valley Hospice, Muhlenberg. She was the wife of the late Rev. Richard L. Miller. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late John A. and Helen (McKinley) Dotterer. Judy lived in Philadelphia for a year , Schultzville for 2 years and in upper Pottsgrove Township from 1942 until 1961. She was a graduate of Pottstown High School, class of 1957 and went on to earn her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Art Education in 1961 from the Philadelphia Museum College of Art. Upon her marriage to Dick in 1961, they moved to Bethlehem, where Dick was called as Pastor of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Judy was a homemaker and was very active in the church, serving as an adult Sunday School Teacher, devotions Chairwoman for Helping Hands and in various other capacities. Survivors: She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Rebecca A. Smith, her husband Kelvin and their sons, Nathan and Stephen of Bethlehem; sons, Michael D. Miller, his wife Penny and their children Jonathan, Joshua, Faith and Seth of Fountain Hill, Matthew D. Miller, his wife Karen and their sons, Caleb and Noah of Bethlehem; Diane Heintzelman of Allentown who has become another daughter; sister, Peggy L. Dotterer- Jacob and her husband Kenneth and her loving nieces and nephews. Services: A Funeral Service will be held at 11 A.M. on Thursday August 2, 2018 at Holy Cross Evangelical Church, 2700 Jacksonville Road, Bethlehem, PA. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. in the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden Street, Bethlehem 18018 and also on Thursday from 10 A.M. until time of services at Holy Cross Church. Burial will take place at Bethlehem Memorial Park Cemetery. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church.
