Obituary of Jorg Matull Jorg (Jerry) Matull, 79, of Rochester NY, passed away on July 29 in Rochester. Jerry was born in Danzig, Germany to Margot and Oswald Matull on May 22, 1939. He earned his Bachelors degree in Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. He worked as a Mechanical Engineer for Kodak for 27 years. He enjoyed and was an accomplished woodworker sharing his gift with family and his church. He was predeceased by two sisters Birgit and Elke, nephew, Christian and great nephew Oliver. Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Christine Matull; daughters Kim (Stephen) Jenkinson, Lynn Matull- (Stephen) Gardner, grandchildren Danielle Jenkinson, Alexandra Jenkinson, Jordan Jenkinson, Taylor Gardner, Zachary Gardner, great grandson Owen Currier; several loving cousins, nieces, nephews, close extended family Cornelia Neu, Renate Dietrich, Sandy Ray. Jerry’s memorial service will be held Saturday August 4, at 1:30pm at the Ogden Presbyterian Church, 2400 South Union St, Spencerport, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Parkinson Foundation of Greater Rochester, 1000 Elmwood Ave. Suite 1600, Rochester, NY 14620
