JOHN H. TROMBLEY John H. Trombley, 70, of Piqua, passed away at 9:10 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at the Hospice Unit of Upper Valley Medical Center. He was born February 18, 1948 in Detroit, Michigan to the late John H. Trombley and Ruth (Romain) Trombley, and she survives. He married Barbara J. Pence who preceded him in death August 17, 2016. He then married Jacquelyn L. Speicher on December 6, 2017, and she survives. Other survivors include two daughters, Deborah (Evan) Kabanuk and Mary Faith Trombley; two sons, Robert Trombley and John Trombley III; three step-daughters, Jill (Sean) Tikkun, Tracey (Dan White) Speicher, and Stephanie Speicher; three brothers, Terry (Kateri Fahey) Trombley, Glen (Laura) Trombley, and Richard (Teri) Trombley; two sisters, Cheryl (Howard) Brandt and Lisa (Vitorio) Veltri; sister-in-law, Mary Trombley; four grandchildren, Zoe, George, Susanna, and Lucy; and 20 nieces and nephews. Mr. Trombley was a 1966 graduated of Sacred Heart High School and a 1976 graduate of Wayne State University. He served most of his career as a pharmacist for the hospitals in Detroit. After his retirement, he moved to Piqua. He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church of Troy. A memorial service to honor his life will begin at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 25, 2018 at Trinity Episcopal Church with Rev. Nancy Hardin officiating. Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Robert E. Torrence Medical Fund, Trinity Episcopal Church, 60 S. Dorest Road, Troy, OH 45373.
