John Franklin Bartley, Sr. age 81 of Evergreen and formerly of Parksville, NY passed on Saturday, Jul 21,2018 at Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Marlboro, NY. He was the son of the late Frances Judson Bartley and Jessie Strong Bartley. He is survived by his wife, Gail Donka Bartley of Kauneonga Lake, NY; his children, Frances B. Olivia of Sioux Falls, SD, Patricia Bartley of Honesdale, PA, John Bartley, Jr. of Monticello, NY and William Bartley of Evergreen, NC; a brother, Cy Bartley of Missouri; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn, NC is serving the family.
