On July 15, 2018, age 73, of Wilkins Twp. Beloved husband of 50 years of Karen Cataldo Luffe. Loving father of Mary Beth Anderson (Brian Schaef) of Conneaut Lake and John David Luffe Jr. (Lisa) of McDonald. Grandfather of Alexis, Victoria, Noah, Jonah, and Christian. Brother of Diane Straley of Cranberry. Son of Sara Luffe formerly of Turtle Creek and the late John P. Luffe. He was a 1967 graduate of Washington & Jefferson College and became an esteemed member of the President’s Guard at his 50th reunion. Retired as a tax director after 34 years with PPG Industries. Member of Edgewood Country Club for 36 years, dedicated volunteer at Meals For Friends, member of Wilkins Elks Lodge #577, and veteran of the US Army National Guard. He enjoyed summers at Conneaut Lake, golfing, fishing, and boating. Friends received at Wolfe Memorial, LLC, 3604 Greensburg Pike, Pittsburgh PA 15221, on Wednesday 3-7pm. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Colman Church on Thursday at 11:30am.
