Obituary for John Albert Williams John Albert Williams of Fayetteville, GA, passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2018. John was 91 years old and born in Douglasville, GA. He graduated from Russell High School in East Point, GA in 1945. He was a member of Owl Rock United Methodist Church. He was employed at Globe Union for 40 years. He is remembered for his love of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Marie Tillison Williams, father Henry Marcus Williams, mother Hattie Lee Williams, 3 brothers and 4 sisters. He is survived by two sons Kenneth (Kay) and Gary Williams, 3 grandsons John (Mary Margaret), Michael (Caroline) and David (Katie) Williams, and 4 great grandchildren, Hadden, Ruth, Charlie and Lily Williams, many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, June 25, 2018 at Parrott Funeral Home in Fairburn, GA. Minister Keith Davenport and Reverend Bert Gary will officiate. Interment will follow at Crest Lawn Cemetery in Atlanta, GA. The family will receive family and friends on Sunday, June 24 from 4 until 6 pm at the funeral home.
