Obituary for Jeffrey “JR” A. Polensky Jr. Jeffrey A. Polensky, Jr. age 38, of Oconomowoc, WI passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 30, 2018. JR is survived by his daughter Emma Polensky; his parents Jeffrey and Jill Polensky; his sister Beth (Jeremy DuCharme) Polensky, brother and best friend Ben Polensky; his nephew Charlie and niece Emberly and his grandparents Bill and Pat Polensky along with many more family and friends. A visitation for JR will be held at Pagenkopf Funeral Home (1165 E Summit Ave, Oconomowoc) on Saturday, July 7, 2018 from 11 am until 1 pm. There will not be any services, visitation only.
