Jane Marie Kolodziejski, age 76, passed away peacefully surrounded by her children on July 8, 2018. Jane was the beloved wife of the late John M. Kolodziejski; cherished mother of Sheryl (Dan) Hanke, John (Nancy) Kolodziejski and Shelley (Clint) Sawin; adoring grandmother of Christopher, Matthew and Ava; dear sister of Lynne Huth; fond aunt of many. Visitation will be Monday, July 16, 2018 from 2 – 9 pm at Maher Funeral Home, 17101 71st Ave., Tinley Park, with a 7:00pm Funeral Services. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (262 Danny Thomas Pl. Memphis TN 38105) would be appreciated.
