Obituary for Herman “Tres” Kight III Master Herman “Tres” Kight, III, age 3 of Broxton, GA passed away early Friday morning, July 20, 2018, at Navicent Health Medical Center in Macon, GA following complications from hypoplastic left heart syndrome. “Tres” was born March 7, 2015 to Herman “Buzz” and Chrissy Purvis Kight. “Tres” was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather the late Ronald “Poppie” Purvis and his paternal grandfathers, the late Herman Kight, Sr. and the late Gooney Andrews. Survivors include: His parents: Hermon “Buzz” and Chrissy Purvis Kight of Broxton, GA Brother: Dakoda Kight and special friend Britney Fisher of Blackshear, GA Maternal Grandmother: Doris Evalin “MeMe” Purvis Paternal Grandmother: Joanne “NaNa” Andrews of Pridgen, GA Several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins The funeral service will be Sunday afternoon at 5:00 P.M. at West Green Church of God with Rev. Hugh Anderson officiating. The interment will follow at Lone Hill Cemetery with Rev. Pat Hayes conducting the graveside service. Master Kight will be placed in the church at 4:00 P.M. to lie in state until the funeral hour. The family will receive friends Saturday evening, July 21, 2018 from 5:00 to 9:00 P.M. at Ricketson Funeral Home. Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
