Obituary for Francis Michael Blaine Francis Michael Blaine of Winter Haven passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018. He was 80. A native of Washington, DC, born May 17, 1938 to Frank and Mary Noyes Blaine, Francis moved here 20 years ago from Fredericksburg, VA. He was a retired Electrician, a US Marine Veteran, and a member of the IBEW Local 26. Francis is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Patricia A. Blaine of Winter Haven, his daughters: Mary Frobenius (Gary) of Sherwood, MD, and Kathleen Blaine of Greenville, SC; his sons: James Blaine (Suzanne) of Spotsylvania, VA, Joseph Anthony Blaine and Michael Blaine (Angela), both of Manassas, VA; his grandchildren: Chad, Melissa, Ashley (Sgt. David USMC), Hannah, Carrington and Tanner, and his great-granddaughter Emma Grace. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. Funeral services will be 10 AM Friday at the funeral home chapel with full military honors. Interment will be at Rolling Hills Cemetery.
