Obituary for Mrs. Elizabeth del Carmen Colon Perez New Brunswick, NJ Mrs. Elizabeth del Carmen Colon Perez, 28, passed away in the early morning hours amongst family and friends at her home in New Brunswick on Wednesday, December 6, 2017. She was born and raised in Mao, Dominican Republic. Elizabeth came to the United States in 2009 and settled in New Brunswick, NJ. Elizabeth was working as an Office Assistant for Matmores & Torres Tax Preparation in New Brunswick, NJ for the past few years. She was involved with the Cancer Warrior Program, where she helped many other cancer patients like herself. Elizabeth was always singing and enjoying her music. She loved karaoke, traveling and dancing.
