Obituary for Don Frank Acuff Don Frank Acuff of Sapulpa, OK was born July 17, 1928 in Humansville, MO and passed away Friday, July 27, 2018 at the Claremore Veterans Center in Claremore, OK. He was 90. He served in the US Navy during the Korean War and retired from Lee Way and as a Deputy Sheriff in Green County, MO. Don was a world traveler and seen all states but one. He was a proud Mason and loved square dancing, playing cards, Bingo and Dominoes. Dad never met a stranger. Don had 4 daughters: Stella Huffman, Diana (Dusty) Wade, Joycelyn (Larry) Stephens and Tsianina (Roy) Kinny. 10 grandchildren: Ivy Weaver, Bradley (Paula) Millican, Mitchell (Kim) Wade, Sherry (Jeremy) Smith, Kyle Wade, Stevie (Jackie) Stephens, Tracy Stephens, C.J. Stephens, Serena (Mike) Reynolds and Annalisa (Darren) Neal; 11 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Bessie Acuff, brothers: Carl, Ardo, and Virgil, and sisters Edythe Appleby and Betty Acuff. A Celebration of life will be held 2:00pm, August 4, 2018 at a family home. Graveside services are pending in Ash Grove, MO.
