Diana Thorpe 76 of Streetsboro, formerly of Stow, died Saturday, July 7, 2018. She was born July 25, 1941 in Bradford, PA to Frank L. and Mary E. (Jones) Coy. Diana worked for 40 years for Tremco as a customer service representative and as a technical service representative. She enjoyed sewing, baking, traveling and watching her grandchildren play sports. Survivors include her husband David A. Thorpe, children Donald (Karen) Thorpe, Cindy Benedict and Sharon (Eric) Cox, grandchildren Kyle (Hayley) Thorpe, Ian Thorpe, Zacchery Benedict, Blake Benedict, Ava Benedict, Morgan Cox, Payton Cox and Mitchell Cox and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Janet Baltz, Gerald Coy, Russell Coy and Laura Jean Burdick. Calling hours will be from 5 pm to 7 pm Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Thursday, July 12, 2018 at the funeral home with Reverend William Snyder officiating. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg.
