Obituary of Denise Petraco Denise Petraco, 43, of Howell passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at home. She was born and raised in Hoboken and had lived in Avenel before settling in Howell in 2004. Denise worked as a special education teacher at Linwood Middle School in North Brunswick for 14 years. She was a dedicated New York Rangers fan, enjoyed music, and loved a good glass of wine. Most of all, Denise was a proud wife and mother. Denise is survived by her husband of 17 years, Jason Petraco of Howell; son, Nicholas Petraco of Howell; parents, Stephen and Ann Marie Fusco of Hazlet; brother, Steven Fusco; and many extended family members and friends. A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
