Obituary for ANTOINETTE L. EVERS Antoinette L. “Toni” Evers, 85, of Garrettsville, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 17, 1933 in Paris Township to Frank and Francis (Okorn) Coz. Her family were founding members of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Garrettsville, Ohio where she was a lifetime member. Toni enjoyed quilting and was well known for her cake decorating. She loved travelling with her husband, Larry. Nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Toni is survived by her devoted husband, Lawrence Evers; sons, A. Michael (Patricia) Evers, Timothy (Nancy) Evers, Stephen (Terri) Evers and Kenneth (Ammie) Evers; brother, Frank; sisters, Sister Mary Ann and Helen; sister in law, Ruth; grandchildren, Elizabeth (Rudy) Oblak, Marissa (Jamie) Bedford, Andrew (Rebecca) Evers, Jared (Kayla) Evers, Glendon Evers, Justine (Aaron) Laning, Deonna (Nick) Kwasniewski, Alexander Evers, Angela (Christopher) Rowe, Johnathan (Natalie Kreuz) Evers and Frank Evers; great grandchildren, Evan, Maggie, Tony, Clara, Lilly, Liam, Evelyn, Lucy, Eileen and Avery and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, John and Larry and sisters, Frances and Agnes. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 from 10-11:30 AM at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 10692 Freedom St., Garrettsville, Ohio 44231. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 12 PM at the church with Father Stephen Zeigler and assisted by her son, Deacon Michael Evers officiating. Burial to be held in Windham Township Cemetery.
