Alice Henke, age 85, Ashwaubenon, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2018. She was born July 3, 1933 to the late Julius and Linda A. (Nass) Seefeldt. She was a graduate of Peshtigo High School. On September 29, 1956, she married Donald Henke in Chicago, Illinois. Alice had a career as a nurse, a passion for sewing and enjoyed her cottage up north. She is survived by her children, Kevin and Lola Henke, Howard; Larry Henke, Dade City, Florida; and David and Diane Henke, Cedarburg, Wisconsin; five grandchildren, Lara Henke, Ryan Henke, Kiara (Jason) Wolfgram, Brooklyn (Simon Bundy) Henke and Kody Henke; and three great-grandchildren, Bennett Bundy, Huntley Wolfgram and Harlow Wolfgram; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donald. A service will be held at 1 pm on Sunday, July 22, 2018, at the Woodside Lutheran Chapel for immediate family with Rev. Steve Apfel officiating. Expressions of sympathy, memories, and photos may be shared with Alice’s family on her tribute page at www.lyndahl.com. A memorial fund will be established for the Woodside Chapel Renovation project. The family would like to express a special thank you to Ashley De Starkey and the team from Unity Hospice, as well as Ashley from Woodside Manor for their care and compassion for Alice.
