Alexander Paul Valverde 2018

Alexander “Alex” Paul Valverde passed quietly at his home in Fairborn, OH on Friday, July 20, 2018. He was born on Jan 15, 1988, in Columbus MS. Precious son of Janet Leden, Edgar Valverde, Ret. USAF and step-mother Debra “Debbie” Valverde, grandson of Luis and Beatriz Meza. Loving brother of Sarah and Eliza Leden, Adriana Valverde and brother-in-law James Hoel, USN, and uncle of Mackenzie Fair and James Ambrose, step-brother of Lori O’Connor, Melissa Kennard and Denise Johnson, nephew of Karen Leden and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Devoted friend of Amanda Baker and Lauren Rose. Alex was predeceased by his grandparents Leonardo Valverde, Robert and Beatrice Leden and step-grandmother Elizabeth Leden. Alex graduated from St. Helen’s RC Elementary School, Beavercreek High School and Wright State University. Alex’s mainstay was music, especially live music, as he was an avid music reviewer and personally met many famous performers. He was also an eloquent writer. He enjoyed Anime and video games to include Fallout, Assassins Creed and Bioshock. He loved his cats and was fascinated with lizards and reptiles of all kinds. Memorial service to be determined at a later date. In lieu of flowers to family, donations in his memory may be directed to the charity of your choice or the Cincinnati Zoo Reptile House. (Please do not donate to the Muscular Dystrophy Association).
