Obituary for Carolyn Johnson Carolyn L. Johnson, 72, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away at her home on Monday, October 30, 2017, following a lengthy struggle with Parkinson’s Disease. Carolyn was born January 30, 1945, in Warsaw, Illinois, a daughter of Robert L. and Eulalee (Talbott) Hendricks. Carolyn’s kind and caring nature led to her to work as a teacher’s aide for Laramie Junior High School where she was loved by everyone. She was extremely artistic and she enjoyed making crafts. She also enjoyed singing and was a member of the Sweet Adelines while residing in Laramie. She will be remembered as a spiritual woman. She was a Sunday school teacher along with a children’s choir director who was a loving wife, mother and loving grandmother. Carolyn is survived by her loving husband, Sigurd “Pinky” Johnson of Cheyenne; two daughters, Dr. Cara L. Johnson of Cheyenne and Heather Johnson (Bryan Campbell, fiancé) of Laramie, WY; her mother, Eulalee Hendricks; brother, Robert Hendricks; sister, Elizabeth Phillips; four grandchildren, Ariel Bell, Derick Depew, Maxwell DeViega and Cash Campbell; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She is preceded in death by her father and a sister. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at the Schrader Reception Center. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. Order Flowers
