Middleton – Mary Kay Jones, age 78 passed away on Friday, May 25, 2018 at Fountainhead Homes Assisted Living. She was born March 25, 1940 in Dubuque, Iowa. Mary Kay married Thomas S. Jones in the spring of 1998.Mary Kay loved dancing with Thomas and going out to dinner every day. She loved camping with Thomas as long as it was at Best Western!
