Obituary for Jennifer S. Peterson Jennifer S. Peterson age 42, passed away on Wednesday May 9, 2018. Jennifer was born on January 8, 1976, the daughter of Steve and Carol (Frieberg) Paulson. Jennifer married her college sweetheart and best friend Mike Peterson on September 6, 1997 in Madison, WI. Jennifer waitressed at several restaurants while working to earn her realtors license. She joined the Coldwell Banker team in Appleton and later First Weber. Her main focus was being a homemaker and teacher. Jennifer and Mike home schooled their 3 sons for most of their grade school years. Jennifer was very dedicated to their education, leaving them well prepared for public High School. She was proud of Nick and Josh for their high ACT scores. Sam will attend public High School this fall. Jennifer is survived by her husband Mike Peterson of Mount Horeb, WI; 3 sons Nick, Josh and Sam Peterson all of Mount Horeb, WI; father Steve (Judy) Paulson of Ogdensburg, WI; brothers Jeff (Son Cha) Paulson of Tomah, WI and Jake Paulson of Ogdensburg, WI; sister Sarah (Aaron) Rosecrans of Malta, NY; paternal grandmother Eilene Paulson of Ogdensburg, WI; mother-in-law Kathy Peterson of Appleton, WI; brothers-in-law Brian (Jennifer Ponfil) Peterson and David (Erin Frush) Peterson; grandfather-in-law Russell Huss and many other relatives and friends. Jennifer was preceded in death by her mother Carol Paulson; paternal grandfather Leonard Paulson; maternal grandparents and father-in-law Don Peterson. A memorial service will be held on Saturday May 19, 2018 at 2 P.M. at the first United Methodist Church in Waupaca. Pastor Dee Ann Woods will officiate. A visitation will be held on Saturday at the church from 12:30 P.M. until the time of the service at 2 P.M. Burial of cremains will take place at Lakeside Memorial Park at a later date.
