Obituary for Noris Bartley Wilson Noris Bartley Wilson, 80, of Winchester, died Sunday, May 13, 2018. Mrs. Wilson was born July 22, 1937 in Letcher County, Kentucky; the daughter of the late Arnold James Bartley and Dollie Bain Bartley, former owners of Bartley’s Shoe Repair in Winchester. She married Loris E. Wilson on December 31, 1967 in Winchester. Mr. Wilson preceded her in death. She is survived by her children, Bruce A. Barnett and his wife, Joyce A. Barnett of Front Royal, VA, Lori W. Harmon and her husband John Michael Harmon of Craigsville, VA, Lynn E. Wilson of Hopewell, VA, and Valerie W. Gulliford of Annapolis, MD; and a brother, Prenith L. “Bob” Bartley of Winchester; three grandchildren, Jessica Mehus and her husband Jon, Aaron E. Gulliford, and Michael D. Harmon; and a niece, Linda B. Johnson. She was preceded in death by a brother, Arnold James Bartley, Jr. and a sister, Opal Bartley. The family will receive friends on Friday from 12-1 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Carlton Rogers officiating.
