Howard Tuwiner, age 79, of Northern Virginia died on May 20, 2018 at his home. Beloved father of Andrea Vavonese (Dan) and Keri Schoenbrun (Michael); brother of Bonnie Cohen and grandfather of Sara, Sydney, Joshua and Zachary. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Developmental Connections, www.developmentalconnections.org.
