Venna Zoy Severance September 1, 1945 – May 7, 2018 Venna Zoy Severance our loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away on May 7, 2018 due to complications during surgery. Venna was born on September 1, 1945 in Salina, Utah to Ina and Venoy Curtis. Venna married Earle F Severance on September 26, 1964 in Aurora, Utah and they were sealed in the Manti temple on August 28, 1965. Venna was very active in the LDS church and served with much love and faith as a Young Women’s leader, president of the Ward Relief Societies, a faithful Visiting Teacher and Sunday School teacher. Venna was a devoted mother, loving wife and friend to all. She had a very personal relationship with her Heavenly Father which was evidenced by her daily actions. She was the rock within the family and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Venna is survived by her husband daughter Earlyn Curtis (Craig), son Michael (Tracy), daughter Elizabeth Hofeling, son Chad (Amanda), son Mark (Erica), brother Craig Curtis (Linda). Grandchildren, Kayla, Kamryn and Colin Curtis; Curtis Hofeling; Addison, Alexis, Andrew, Stephen and Max Severance. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 14, 2018 at 12:30 with a viewing from 11:00 to 12:00. Services to held at the LDS church at 1834 E Creek Road (7995 South), Sandy, Utah. In place of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity.
