Terrill Blaine Adams September 15 1944 January 30 2017 (age 72)

Obituary Service Details Terrill (Terry) Blaine Adams, 72 years old, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2017. He was born in Rexburg, Idaho on September 15, 1944 to Jack and Maude Mary Adams (Jones) and raised by Jack and Joyce Adams (Burby). He married Christina Lynnette Falkenstein on February 17, 1991 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Terry was raised in St. Anthony, Idaho and the surrounding areas that included Island Park where he worked for the Forest Department surveying the mountains that he loved. He attended Ricks College with emphasis in Civil Engineering. He then moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where he worked for Montgomery Engineering, RBF Engineering, and Lochsa Engineering. However, he worked the longest (20+ years) for G. C. Wallace Engineering retiring as a Senior Executive Vice President with Scott Wallace as his mentor. Terry absolutely loved his work with the Clients and cherished the people he worked with and those who worked for the Adams #1 team. Terry was a true outdoorsman who enjoyed, ATV riding, Boating, Fishing & Hunting but his favorite was snowmobiling. Terry was definitely not a “Couch Potato” and was forever working on sometimes multiple, at the same time, projects around the house. One of the places Terry most liked to go when the snow was gone was up on Cedar Mountain to his property that I call his “Man Cave”. There he would stay generally from Thursday to Sunday just kicking back and visiting with the neighboring families. It was often said that he was the “Honorary Sherriff of the Mountain”, as he liked to watch out for his neighbors’ property and help when needed. He enjoyed fostering two mini horses (Chilly Willie and Harry Potter) but his loves were Bella (an Aussie) and Tigger Two (a cat) who stole his heart. He is survived by his wife, Christina Adams living in Cedar City, UT; mother- Joyce Burby, Idaho Falls, ID; sons-Brian (Susie) Adams, Las Vegas, NV, Richard Reed, Tillamook, OR and Robert (Hilda) Reed, Carlsbad, CA; daughter- Jacquelle Adams, Mt.
