Jerry Nelson Mascarenas Our beloved brother, Son, Uncle, Father and Grandfather, Jerry N. Mascarenas 61, passed away on April 28, 2018. Born November 16, 1957 to Nelson Mascarenas and Lorna Diaz of Tooele, Utah. He loved spending time with his family especially his kids and grandkids. His hobbies were working on cars, motorcycles, going camping and hunting. He is survived by stepfather Johnny Diaz Sr; Brothers, Paul Mascarenas, Johnny Diaz Jr, Jody Diaz (Gina), LeRoy Diaz (Kolette), Johnae Diaz; Sisters, Edna Diaz (Chad), Angela Beltran (Daniel), Monica Martinez (Moses), Kristie Gonzales (Chuy); Children, Tina Martin (Shane), Lucas Mascarenas (Tina), Emilio Mascarenas, Andrea Johnson, Consuela Leafty (Lorel). 10 grandchildren. Many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Nelson Mascarenas and Mother Lorna Diaz and little sister Amelia Mascarenas and Grandparents. Funeral service will be held Thursday May 3, 2018 at Tate Mortuary 110 South Main Tooele, Utah. Viewing will be at 9:30 to 10:45 AM. Funeral will be at 11:00 AM. Following the funeral, interment will be held at the Tooele City Cemetery, 361 South 100 East Tooele, Utah. The family would like to invite everyone to the LaRae & Shirley Event Venue (30 West 100 South Tooele, Utah) following the graveside service.
