Gary Dean Broadhead 1951 2018

Obituary of Gary Broadhead Gary Dean Broadhead was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on June 23rd, 1951, son of Dean A Broadhead and Hazel Thorsted Broadhead. He passed away early Tuesday morning, May 1st, 2018, at the age of 66. Gary moved to Salt Lake City at the age of 15 living in the Taylorsville area. He was a 1970 Graduate of Kearns High School. Gary is survived by his sister Teresa (Jerry) Rechtenbach; nephews & nieces, Greg (Marci) Rechtenbach, Dave (Brooke) Rechtenbach, Becky(Jerry Holland) and Kevin (Griselda) Rechtenbach. Brother-in-law Richard (Dick) Golightly; nephews & nieces, Earl Boyer, Robert (Judie) Golightly, Lisa (Jeff Pitts,) Ryan (Maurine) Golightly, and Jeff Golightly (Meredith.) Sister-in-law Lee Broadhead; nephew & nieces, Morgan Broadhead, Meghan Hunter, Mimi (Daryl) Hanson, Max Broadhead , and Miles Broadhead. Also, numerous great nephews and great nieces. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, older sister Judy (Broadhead) Golightly, older Infant brother Phillip Dean Broadhead, older brother J. Paul Broadhead, niece Leslie (Golightly) Boyer. No formal viewing will be held. A short memorial service for family and friends will be held on Friday, May 11th, 2018 at 11:00 am at Winchester Park Pavilion, 1200 West Winchester Street (6400 South), Murray, Utah (Adjacent to the Jordan River). There are tables at the pavilion, but you may bring a lawn chair if you prefer. Special thanks to Independent Professional Services, Greg Newlon for his help.
