Obituary for Jerry Goldsberry SR. Jerry Goldsberry, 56, of Kettle Island, passed away Friday, May 4, 2018 at Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard. He was born in Harlan to Jess Goldsberry Jr. and Corrine Osbourne Goldsberry on June 9, 1961. He loved bird watching, fishing, hunting, flowers, gardening, canning, and his Dogs, Sadie and Bella. Mr. Goldsberry is preceded in death by his Father, Jess Goldsberry Jr.; Niece, Randa Goldsberry; Grandson, Kaleb Noe; Sister, Vicky Green; Mother In Law, Ruth Manning and Brother In Law, David Baltimore. Jerry is survived by his Loving Wife, Louise Sturgill Goldsberry; Mother, Corrine Osborne Goldsberry; Children, Misty Blanton and Husband David, Casey Walker and Husband William, Jerry Goldsberry Jr., Ashley Hensley and Husband Billy, Mary Smith and Husband Earl Dean, Michael Walbright and Wife Stacey. Grandchildren, Denny, Jacob, Zach, Jason, Jesse, Haley, Joshua, Jeremy, Dylan, Hope, Ava, Allison, Madison and Hunter; Great Grandchildren, Ayden and Mason; Brothers, Ben Goldsberry and Wife Margie, Billy Goldsberry and wife Cathy and Carlos Goldsberry; Sister, Debra Sue Farmer and Husband Roy. Visitation will be Monday, May 7, 2018 from 5-9 PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 2PM also in the Chapel with John Carter officiating.
