Jean Sullenger Viti was born in Bowie Texas and attended school in Bellevue, Texas. She and husband Sam had Sam Viti shoe store in Bowie, Texas for many years before retiring and moving to Wichita Falls, TX. To stay active, she and Sam worked part-time at Market Street United in Wichita Falls for over five years until they retired in their late 80’s for health related issues. She passed away peacefully in Weatherford Texas surrounded by loving children and family. Jean was pre-deceased by her sweetheart of 40 years Sam Viti, Jr., her beloved Mother and Father Gladys and Lee Sullenger, her half-brother Harry Lee Sullenger, her mother and father in law Sam and Gonda Viti, and her Son in Law Bob Wedryk. Jean is survived by her daughter Paula Wedryk of Lynwood, Illinois, Darla Sullenger and Fiancee’ Gaylon Childers of Weatherford, Texas, and son Paul Myers III and wife Terry of Abilene, Texas along with many grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, one great great grandson, brother Paul Sullenger of Wichita Falls, Texas, sister Doris Finelli and fiancée Bill Sweazy of Austin, Texas and sister Beverlee Sullenger of Coppell, Texas. Jean and Sam will be laid to rest together in a private ceremony for family Bellevue Cemetery.
