Donna Marie Williams Campbell 1944 2018

Obituary for Donna Williams (Campbell) Donna Marie Williams, age 73, claimed her Heavenly reward on Monday, May 21, 2018. She was born in Lindell, Texas to Donald Odell and Willie Marie (Wise) Campbell on October 27, 1944. Donna was a native Texan, and all-around country girl at heart, who loved listening to old country songs from Merle Haggard. She was an artist in many areas, drawing, cross stitching and created many beautiful crochet blankets, that her family and friends will cherish forever. In 2001, Donna made the decision to make Irving her home, and became a member of Westside Church of Christ, serving thankfully for 16 years. She will be remembered for the loving sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and all around wonderful person she was. She is reunited in Heaven with the love of her life and spouse, Holt Glen, brother Ronald Campbell, sisters Alice Alexander and Patricia Thompson and both parents. Left to cherish her memory and times spent with Donna are her brothers James, Robert and Dennis Campbell; brother in law John Alexander; daughter Mary Carson and spouse Dave Carson; son George Williams and spouse Kim; son Glen Williams and spouse Denise; daughter Karen; 14 grandchildren and their spouses, 28 great grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews and additional extended family. The family will receive friends at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home, 707 N. MacArthur Blvd. in Irving between 3:00 and 5:00 pm on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 with a memorial service to celebrate Donna’s life and the impact she had on those around her at 5:00pm. Order Flowers
