Obituary for Rick E. Kolbe II Richard E. “Rick” Kolbe II Age: 41 Of: Cunningham, TN Died: Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Horizon Medical Center. He is a member of the Lone Oak Baptist Church and he was very devoted to his family. Visitation: will be 4 – 8 Monday and 11 a.m. until service time on Tuesday at Spann Funeral Home. Funeral Services: for Rick E. Kolbe II will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, 2018 from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home.
