Obituary for John Ernest Richardson John E. Richardson, age 77, of Sweetwater, passed away, on Friday, May 25, 2018. He attended Fairview Baptist Tabernacle Church in Sweetwater. Retired from T.V.A. as a sheet metal worker. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in the 101st. Airborne. Preceded in death by his parents: Bill “Willie” Agnes McCosh Richardson, sisters: Peggy Allmon, Rita Raper, and brother: David Richardson. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law: Brian and Jessica Richardson, granddaughters: Lexi and Bella Richardson, all of Greenback, sister and brother-in-law: Geraldine and Robert Clark, of Athens, brother: Wayne Richardson, of Sweetwater, several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Kyker Funeral Homes, Sweetwater, from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 P.M. in Kyker’s Chapel with Pastor: Johnny Carr officiating. Interment 10:00 A.M. on Friday in the Sweetwater Memorial Park with full military honors.
