Obituary for Esther Leona Lowery Esther L. Lowery, age 94, of New Market TN, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at Life Care Nursing Home in Jefferson City. She was a Charter Member and oldest member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in New Market. Esther is preceded in death by her husband, James “Ernie” Lowery; son-in-law, Albert Morgan; and daughter-in-law, Pat “Patsy” Lowery; brother, Von Cameron; sisters, Juanita Green and Mae Cameron; and several half brothers and sisters. She is survived by daughters, Barbara Jean Morgan and Shirley (Carroll) Brown; sons, James Ernest “Dude” Lowery, Jr. and Frankie (Esther E.) Lowery; grandchildren, Kelly (Steve) Steen, Alene (Randy) Kuykendall, Kathy (Shannon) Raley, Stephanie (Jerry) Ellison, Randy (Crystal) Morgan, Hope (Gene) Acuff, and Dawn (Larry) Nicely; great-grandchildren, Travis and Dusty Forrester, Joshua and Rachel Kuykendall, Alyssa Morgan, and Zachary and Kaley Nicely; great-great-grandchildren, Isaac and Serenity Forrester; brother, Leland Cameron of Strawberry Plains; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Funeral service 7:00 PM Friday, June 1, 2018 at Fielden Chapel with Rev. Don Holt and Rev. Henry Greer officiating. Interment 11:00 AM Saturday in Friends Station Cemetery with Rev. Stacy Cook officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 5:00 – 7:00 PM prior to the service at Fielden Funeral Home in New Market.
