Obituary of Carolyn K. Blevins Carolyn K. Blevins, age 92 of Gallatin, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2018. Graveside Service will be Monday, May 21st at 2:00 p.m. EST at Oak Grove Cemetery, 212 W. Rockwood Street, Rockwood, TN 37854, with Ray Westveer officiating and family and friends serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Blevins was born September 28, 1925 to the late Paul King and Susie Troxel King. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Laccie William Blevins; son, Laccie William “Billy” Blevins, Jr.; brothers, Eugene King and David King; and sister, Joanne Westveer. She is survived by daughter, Ann Parsons (Rand) of Gallatin; brothers, Charles T. King of Jefferson City, TN and Paul King (Edith) of Jefferson City, TN; sister, Louise Butler of Murfreesboro; sister-in-law, Carole King of Clinton, TN; brother-in-law, Newel Westveer of Goodletsville; 3 grandchildren, Jessica Kelley (Jay), Joshua Parsons (Holly), and Jonathan Parsons (Josie); and 6 great grandchildren, Max Kelley, Mary Kate Kelley, Charlotte Anne Parsons, Cruz Parson, Jace Parsons, and Jolie Parsons.
