Dolores Barrows, age 81, of St. Elizabeth’s Place, died May 4, 2018 at Steere House with her beloved family by her side. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Lottie (Rose) Barber. She worked as an assembler for Coro Jewelry Company for many years. Dolores was a member of St. Martin de Porres Senior Center. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Cheryl and Ray Silva of Seekonk, her grandchildren Rayna Silva and Daniel Silva both of Seekonk, and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of Rita Crosson and her husband Ron of Charleston, Eleanor Lucas of N. Providence and the late Edward Barber, Jr. and Carolyn Donawa. Her funeral will begin on Friday at 9am from the Rebello Funeral Home and Crematory, 901Broadway, East Providence, RI. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10am in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Traverse St., Providence. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven cemetery. Calling hours will be on Thursday from 5-8pm.
