Marilee Patmon Lett, 74, of Washington, died Friday, May 11, 2018 in the Premier Washington Health Center. She was born May 28, 1943, in Canonsburg, a daughter of the late Robert Patmon and Charlotte Vactor. Ms. Lett was a 1961 graduate of Canon-McMillan High School. She had worked as a custodian for the Meadows Racetrack. Ms. Lett was a former member of the Canonsburg Elks. She enjoyed playing cards and betting on horses. Surviving are: two sons, Robert Owens (Lori) of Canonsburg and Jason Lett (Dana) of Avella; six grandchildren, Darion Lutton, Elexis and Laila Owens, Jacob and Kylie Bryant and Alexis Patterson; two brothers, Robert Patmon (Norma) of Manilla, Philippines and Charles Patmon (Joyce) of San Diego, Calif.; a sister, Charlotte McAllister (Ron) of Follansbee, W. Va.; and host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Deceased are: two brothers, Gaines “Buddy” and William “Sugar” Patmon; a close cousin, Elgie Penn; and step mother, Eva Patmon. Friends will be received from 4 to 7 pm, the time of service, Tuesday, May 15, 2018, in McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, owner/supervisor, 27 Cherry Avenue, Houston, PA 15342. Interment is private. The family suggest memorial contributions be made in care of the funeral home.
