GEORGIA L McCLUSKEY May 23 1928 May 6 2018 (age 89)

Georgia L. McCluskey, 89, formerly of White Haven, died Sunday morning, May 6, 2018, in Mountain Top Senior Care, Mountain Top. Born in White Haven, she was the daughter of the late George and Acquila Moyer Sterner and worked in the garment industry as a sewer. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, its Welca Society and worked for many years on the Election Board. Georgia was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her husband, Howard E. McCluskey; sister, Doris Jones and baby sister, Katherine Sterner and son in law, Richard Henning. She is survived by her son Howard McCluskey and his wife, Frederica, Lehigh Tannery; daughter, Sandra Lee Henning, Mountain Top; six grandchildren, Wendy, Rick, Bill, Sarah, Sherry and Tom and 14 great grandchildren, Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at 11:00 am from St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, White Haven, with Pastor Oliver Brown officiating. Interment will be in Laurel Cemetery, White Haven. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8:30 Tuesday evening, May 8, 2018, at the Lehman Family Funeral Service, Inc. 403 Berwick St. White Haven and Wednesday morning, from 10:00 am until time of service at the church. In Lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Memorial Funeral in memory of Georgia.
