Obituary for Douglas Randall Jackson On Saturday, May 12, 2018, Douglas R. Jackson, 57, passed away at home in Shrewsbury. He is survived by his wife, Terry L. (Hancock) Caskey and her children, Grace Passapae and her children, Shealee, Nevaeh and Bentley; Lisa Alloway, her husband Jim, and son Dominic, and; two sisters, Louise Staton and Debbie Layton and one brother, Bobby; he is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Tommy and Lou Jackson. Doug was a 1978 graduate of Franklin High School. He was employed by County Tree Expert as a tree climber, and, more recently, worked for Nor Mar Farm, LLC and took care of the stables and rehabilitated horses. Additionally, he was a self-employed landscaper. He loved being outdoors, especially going to his brother’s cabin in Deep Creek. A public visitation will be from 1pm until a memorial service begins at 2pm on Saturday, June 2 at Grace Fellowship Church, 74 E. Forrest Ave., Shrewsbury, PA 17361. Immediately following the service, a celebration will continue at the home of Don Henzi; 725 Bentley Road, Parkton, MD 21120. Interment is private. Order Flowers
