Obituary of Alfred DeVore Alfred S. “Al” DeVore Jr., age 64, of Glen Mills, PA passed away on May 27, 2018 at home. Raised in Ogden, PA, AL graduated from Chichester High School, class of 1971. He has resided the past 8 years in Glen Mills, previously residing in Thornton, PA. Al was the owner and operator of several Businesses including Atech Automotive for 40 years retiring in 2014 due to health issues. A talented man, he was able to repair anything. He enjoyed traveling with his wife around the country on his Harley Davidson. He enjoyed skiing, scuba diving and golfing and was a loving father and son too. He is preceded in death by his father, Alfred S. DeVore Sr.. Al is survived by his wife of 27 years, Debra Johnson DeVore, 3 children, Chad, Alanna (David), and Jake (Kirsten), mother, June Smith DeVore, 3 brothers, Larry Lorah, Doug DeVore and Aaron DeVore and 3 grandchildren, Trent, Reed, and Cora. A visitation will be held on Saturday from 1:00-3:00PM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by family sharing at 3PM. Interment will remain private. Online condolences may be made in Al’s memory to the SPCA, 555 Sandy Bank Rd., Media, PA 19063.
