Ronald L. Wilson, 57 of Cottage Grove, Oregon passed away May 6, 2018. He was born July 24, 1960, in Cottage Grove, OR to Albert and Sharon (Stevenson) Wilson. Ronald attended Cottage Grove High School and then joined the U.S. Army in 1978. He worked rigging and was a deck hand in the California oil fields for many years. Ronald enjoyed gold mining, panning, dredging, fishing and hunting. He was a member of the Lost Dutchman’s Gold Mine. Ronald is survived by brothers John (Christeen) Bachman and Greg (Bonnie) Bachman both of Drain, OR and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Patty Wilson. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, May 20th at 2:00 PM at Pass Creek Park in Curtin, Oregon.
