David L. “Dave” Paasch of Hermiston, Oregon, was born on March 7, 1950 in Hood River, Oregon to parents, Carl and Grace Hurd Paasch. He died on May 2, 2018 in Hermiston, Oregon at the age of 68 years. Dave was raised in Hood River, Bingen, WA, Portland, OR and Zillah, WA where he graduated from high school. He lived in various places over the years including Connell, WA, Yakima, WA, Wallula, WA, Stanfield, OR and in Hermiston, Oregon for the past 12 years. Dave had worked as a truck driver for several years. He was married to Jo Anne Berryman on April 14, 2006 in Hughson, California. He enjoyed camping, going sightseeing, traveling, computers and loved his dogs. Dave was a practical joker and had a great sense of humor. He is survived by his wife: Jo Anne Paasch, Hermiston, OR; son: Richard Paasch, Spokane, WA; daughter: Barbara Paasch, Pasco, WA; step children: Valerie Welsh, St. Charles, MO, Sue Anne Reed and Elizabeth Pritts, both of Clarksville, TN, and Christopher Reed, Modesto, CA; 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Dave was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John Paasch. Services are pending.
