Mary Jewell Riehle 80 of Bainbridge died 8:46 am Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe. She was born July 18, 1937 in Ross County the daughter of the late Cordell Claytor. Jewell is survived by five children, Reva Meyer (Chris) of Bainbridge, Phoebe Shirk (Kevin) of Connecticut, Danny Heath (Wanda) of Wilmington, Mike (Julie) Heath and Richard “Woody” Heath of Bainbridge; 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; two sisters, Cindy Tschudy of Athens and Nancy Nolt of Florida; brother, Russell Claytor of Westerville and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Milo Heath; daughter, Martha Heath; grandson, Matthew Heath and brother, George Claytor. Jewell enjoyed flowers, reading and feeding the birds and animals. In accordance with Jewell’s wishes cremation will take place and a graveside service will be held in Moore’s cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Ross County Humane Society. The SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home of Bainbridge is serving the family.
