Hermine Margaret Schwendimen 2018

Hermine Margaret Schwendiman age 93 of Massillon passed away Sunday May 6, 2018 (Sunday on National Nurses Day). She was born November 27, 1924 in Massillon to the late John & Caroline (Schrader) Jacobs. Hermine was a graduate of Washington High School and a member of Central Presbyterian Church. For forty years she was a registered Nurse at Akron General Hospital. She will be remembered as an avid sports fan: bowling, golfing and following the Tigers. She was preceded in death by two sisters: Mildred Zimbello and Marilyn Wright. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John & Sandy Schwendiman of Canal Fulton, two grandchildren, Jacob & Tyler and five great grandchildren: Levi, Josie, Cole, Blake & Calvin. In addition there are three nieces and a nephew: Vicki Goodson, Liz Zimbello, Carol Zimbello, Ron Wright Jr. Funeral Service will be 2:30 PM Wednesday at the Paquelet Funeral Home, Rev. Larry Lalama will officiate. Her final resting place will be Rose Hill Memorial Garden. Friends may call one hour before the service.
