DUNCAN, Allen Earl was born in Jackson, AL to John and Rose Duncan on March 05, 1935 and departed this life to be with the Lord on May 16, 2018 at the age of 83. He is preceded in death by his daughter Violet Ragster, his sisters Emma McGee and Cassie Houston, his brother Carlos Duncan, grandchild Tasha Parks, and great granddaughter Europe Range. Those surviving to keep his memory alive are his devoted wife of 61 years Willie Beatrice Duncan, son Carl Duncan (Cheryl), daughters Julilia Andrews (Greg), and Jennifer Fields (Reginald), and sister Sadie Washington, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, May 24th from 10:00a.m. – 11:00a.m. immediately followed by Funeral Services at 11:00a.m. at the House of Deliverance 333 S. Second St., Hamilton, OH 45011. Burial will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
